BatchGeo is targeted as a map visualization tool, and is not intended for route planning or optimization. We do not currently plan on adding multi location route planning as a core feature.
However, you can use BatchGeo in the following ways to calculate distance and visualize multi stop routes:
You can use BatchGeo to calculate straight line (not driving) distance from a single point to all other points on your map. Simply select "Calculate straight line distance" under Validate & Set Options -> Advanced Options. This will add a distance calculation to the map, and provide some automatic color coding (if you do not have another Group By column selected.)
Additionally all points will be setup so that double clicking the marker will open Google Maps driving directions with the first address marked as origin and clicked marker destination.
Visualizing a Route
To visualize a route simply add the map locations to a spreadsheet along with any associated information. Then create a map using BatchGeo. When the map is saved you can double click markers to automatically open Google Maps driving directions.
