In order to change the administrator for your BatchGeo Pro Account, you need to make sure the new administrator email is not already in use as a current user. Go to "Manage Users" under the "Pro Admin" Menu and delete the user.
Then click on "My Account". Replace the current administrator's info with the new user's info and click "Update My Account". The new administrator is immediately sent an email. In order for the new administrator to gain access to the account, they must click on the link inside the email. After clicking on the link, then the new administrator has access to the account.
If the new administrator had any maps saved with their email address then they will appear under "My Maps".
