I cannot see where to export to a PDF

FINESSE Investments Jun 02, 2015 05:19PM PDT

this is extremely frustrating. I see the documentation says I can do the export to pdf under the drop down menu in the top right hand corner. I see my login drop down and i checked all the menu items and i see nothing that shows how to export to a pdf file. I am not very happy right now and have spent way too much time trying to figure this out. it should definitely be explained in more detail because i do not see where it is. it is making me very angry.

Hi!

Do you have a screenshot? I logged in as you and saw all the menu options. What browser type and version are you using? Please also provide the link to the specific map you want to export. If you do not want to post here, just email to us at support@batchgeo.com.

Thanks,
Tracy

Hi Wendy,

Try it again. It seems to be working now.

If not, let me know what browser you are using, what resolution you are exporting to?

Thanks,
Tracy

I am using Chrome and I also don't have a dropdown menu. I would really like to export my map if there was a way to do it.

Hi Steve,

You must have a Pro account. Then click on your username and then menu wil drop down.

Make sure you are viewing map first before accessing drop down.

Thanks,
Tracy

I need to know how to PDF my map. This is the only reason I chose your product over others. In addition the siftwar is not allowing me to move markers. I do not see any ag=dvantages to the Pro except that I can upload more than 250 addresses

Hi Michelle,

To export to pdf while viewing your map, just right click to pull up the menu.

The only area where you can move markers is on the “Edit Page” map. You need to click “update” to get the map to appear, but then you can move those markers if needed. Every time you update the map, you have to move the markers again.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you,
Tracy
