Price Mapping

Barry Mathis Oct 14, 2015 09:03AM PDT

I am looking to find a way to screen a large number of addresses (500 or more) and their asking price per sqft against a larger data set of recently sold address (5000 or more) and their corresponding sold price per sqft and select those whose asking price is less then say 10% of the sold price of the properties in a 1 mile radius ? Any thoughts on how to do this ? or whom I could get to do this ?

Hi Barry,

If you can put that in your data in an Excel Spreadsheet then yes it can be done with our BatchGeo Pro Product since you are going over 250 addresses.

I would first assemble your data and give it a try with our “Free Version”.

You will want to use our “Group By/Thematic Value” feature for your “asking price” and “recently sold” price. Keep your data clean and simple in the columns and you should be able to get what you are looking for.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you,
Tracy
