Hi Community & BatchGeo,
I have created a user in BatchGeo as usual, which in return should send an email to that user. Unfortunately that user is not getting any emails at all & i checked the email server log & no emails are coming in from @batchgeo.com. I even tried dropping & re-creating him for several times - still no luck. I even tried the forget password option as well.
Can you please assist me in this matter & i would really appreciate any help.

I have deleted the drop from our email server, so you can try again.
