Firefox NOK but other browsers are working fine.

I have built a map and embedded it in a webpage. The result is perfect in Chrome and I E but the map area stays grey and empty in Firefox. Is there any way to fix this or is this just a problem that Firefox is generating? Thanks.

We are not getting any other reports of this. Is this still occurring?

Hi Patrick,

I just opened your map link in Firefox and it opened ok. Are you still having issues? If not, let me know what version of firefox? Let me know specifically what happens when you try to open your page in firefox.

Thanks,
Tracy

Hi Tracy,

it's still the same, my version is 54.0.1 (Windows 8.1).
I see only the ads and not the map.
In my console i have different js errors, 1 in your bg.map.compiled.js and 2 in the kwanko-sdk scripts
as screen print here : http://78bc9ca9cf.url-de-test.ws/geobug.jpg

Hi Marc,

Are you still having an issue? We are able to open fine in Firefox on our end and I haven’t been able to have anyone take a second look at your embedded map.

Thanks,
Tracy
