Receipt or email contact

Does anyone know how to get a receipt for Batchgeo Pro, or a way to contact someone from Batchgeo? I cannot get the receipt function to provide a pdf of my receipt. After about 30-45 seconds of spinning, I get a bogus pdf that Adobe says is a broken file.

When I click on email us on the website, nothing happens. I like the product but am starting to question the support commitment. Please help!

This is working now. Please click “Shift Key and Browser Refresh” button before attempting downloading the PDF.

It seems to have broke again. I can't get a receipt. Depending on which browser I use, I either get a blank grey screen or an error message that says "Failed to load PDF document".
