Map doesn't display in Firefox

BHammond Apr 09, 2018 09:16AM PDT

We have an embedded map on this site: https://www.onebook4colorado.org/pickup-locations/

It works fine in Chrome and Safari, but not in Firefox 59.0.1 on macOS. The console says there are a couple security errors in the batchgeo.com/map/... and https://batchgeo.com/js/bg.map.compiled.js...

It works fine in Firefox 58.0.2 on a PC.

Any ideas for a fix?

Hi B!

I just opened in Firefox on a Mac, but my version just updated to 59.0.2. It opened up fine and no security errors.

Can you take a screen capture of the errors or copy and paste the error info in an email to us here or at support@batchgeo.com?

Thanks,
Tracy

Here is a link to a screenshot of the errors:

And here is an attempt to render the text:

Hi B!

Please check for any third party apps or plugins that might be causing an issue. I had some other people try on my end and they are not having any issues opening your embedded map. It doesn’t appear the security error is on our side.

Maybe uninstall and re-install Firefox??

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you,
Tracy
