Batchgeo Pro icons

I am using the full client version on my laptop and I am not seeing the Batchgeo Pro icons until I save a map. I logged out and went back to the email I received after creating my account. I logged back into Pro from that email and I am still not getting the full functionality. Please advise.

Hi Julie,

If you are using Letters or Numbers, you won’t see those until after you save your map.

I am not sure I understand what you mean about letters and numbers. I am using business names, account numbers and addresses.

Hi Julie,

Maybe you can clarify what you are calling icons. Are you not seeing the “map markers”? Can you send me a screenshot as well as your map link?

I am not seeing the icons to manipulate the map, such as the hand, the mileage marker and the others in the top left corner.

Hi Julie,

Click on your username and then select “Advanced Mode”.

When I click my name, my options are: new map, my maps, shared maps, my account, manage users, subscription, sign out.

Hi Julie,

Open up a map and view the map, then you can turn on “Advanced Mode”.

Actually - no, I can't. I do not have those options until AFTER I save a map. I do not want to save every map I create. I am not sure this is the right tool for me.

You are correct, you can’t get advanced mode features for a map until after you save it.

Sorry it isn’t working the way you want.

Hi Julie,

Most people using our maps save them and troubleshooting starts from there typically. You are just using it differently is all.

Hopefully you can tell from our early conversations, I wasn’t even clear what icons you were talking about until November 1st.
