No, we do not provide border drawing on the map.

Whenever you make a map and save it, the end user can only view the map and they cannot edit the map.

I find annoying that I'm trying to get an issue resolved but seemingly it's impossible to actual contact customer support - my email remains unsent and is directed to previous problems forum. This is a brand new account but apparently the link to set up my account has already expired. Can you please contact me on the above email ASAP.
