Not opening Google Maps

Steve Nov 21, 2017 04:48PM PST

I have been using this with our drivers. I have set the URL to "Open in Google Maps". It has worked great until this week.

Now, when using it on a mobile clicking on the name of the push pin minimizes or maximizes the Data. It does not open Google Maps for navigation to the push pin like it did previously.

Same issue. Used to open in google maps but now says link not supported. Even earlier it used to just link to Apple maps and that’s not an option anymore either. Help!

Hi Erica,

What type of device are you using? Are you clicking on the address in the marker bubble? Can you send me a screenshot of “link not supported”?

Thank you very much,

No, it is designed to work with Google Maps.

We are using the iframe embed option and having the same issue with the locations not opening in Google maps on mobile. It works fine on desktop but will not work on mobile. It seems this has not been resolved. It works on your domain but not in an embedded version.

For what its worth, here is the error displayed in Chrome inspector
Refused to display '' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

Let us know if there is a solution or if you are working on one.

Hi Nathan,

Can you email us your embedded map page so we can test on our end? You can post here or email to us at

I sent an email to which contains a link to the embedded map page on the same day (4/19) that added my previous response. Look for email titled... "Listing links/addresses won't open on mobile with embed option."

We'd prefer to keep that link hidden from public.
