BatchGeo LLC | Map appears blank

Map appears blank

Hi there,

I am linking to a BatchGeo map from my website, but when clicking the BatchGeo link, a gray page appears rather than the map that previously appeared. The link can be found on the page below by clicking the words "pick-up location":

Hi Turner,

Has your map always only had one location on the map? When did it stop working for you?

Yes, the map has always had just one location. I'm not sure exactly when it stopped working, but a customer of ours emailed us stating that the map appeared gray. I posted my initial question here shortly thereafter.

On a separate note, even when I try to re-create a new map with the same information, the map appears blank. Maybe it has something to do with the Excel file I'm using or the information I have listed in the file?

Hi Turner,

We have it on our list of things to be fixed. I don’t have an ETA at the moment. You can put another address on the map for now so it will appear, you could just use the exact same address and information. They will just be stacked but exactly the same so people don’t miss anything.
