I have created two users but they have not received invitation email. Is that possible I can set up the password for them. Please advise.
The new users must click on the link inside they received from us in their email to verify to get access.
So, you could probably set their password, but they won’t be able to view maps until their email is verified.
Please triple check your Junk, Spam and Quarantine Folders.
Emails come from email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Please add to your whitelist.
Sometimes they get stuck in there even after you have successfully received emails from us in the past.
If you can provide me their specific emails I can verify there aren’t any blocks or bounces happening in our email system.
