Is there any way to change the method of payment from credit card to a direct debit?

Do you mean ACH transfer? This would be possible under annual billing you can pay using PayPal which supports ACH transfers.

I need to change the credit card used to pay the monthly fee for this account. I don't see any place to do that. Can you help me with this?

In order to change the payment, you must be the administrator for the account.

When you are logged in just click on “Subscription”. You can update the credit card on this page.

You will probably have to call the credit card company. Let them know the purchase you are trying to make. Some corporate credit cards are more restrictive with subscriptions. You can also email me at support@batchgeo.com and let me know your phone number and I can call you to see if we can get it to work.
