Printing Large maps with many markers

Phuong Aug 11, 2014 01:19PM PDT

My map requires me to zoom in to see all of the pins, as it's a large area with many data points. How do I export this to FedEx so that it can print the full map, not just a snapshot of my screen?

Our Pro service has higher resolution exports to PDF, they allow for good printing resolution on 11×17 paper.

I want to print a map 30" x 40", but I only want it for a portion of the overall map. how do I get high resolution output of just the section I need to print?

Hi David,

You can view the map, zoom into the area you want and then click on “export to pdf or image” from the drop down menu (click on your username).

However, our resolution will only produce “High Res” for 11" X 17" output.

See this link for some tips and more info:

Hello! I noticed that you have not really answered the original question here, which I need an answer to also. How can we (in Pro Service, yes) get a detailed file of the map image we need so that we can send it to a service such as FedEx or an office store to print it in a large poster, such as a 24x36? Thank you!

Hi Allison,

I just responded to your other post. Super High Res exporting is not available right now.
