Mobile App IOS

Hi, my App on IOS is not working. It's updating the saved maps but then "Access denied - Sign in" shows up. Anyone else with this problem? Thanks, Carola

I am having this same issue. It denies me access and gives me a “sign in” button, when I press it I am redirected to the website online which allows me to access all of my maps, but not within the application at all.

Hi Robert,

I just sent you email. I asked for some map URL’s so please respond there.

In general though, make sure the App loaded on your phone and when you click the gear icon do you see your email address? When you enter your email address, if you have a subscription, then it will ask you for your password. It only asks for it once and then any maps requiring login to see maps will then appear.
