Pulling up details on a point

mIKE Sep 13, 2017 08:00AM PDT

The older version of BatchGeo Mobile (iPhone), I was able to tap a point, which would bring up a small box over the map letting me know the name of the point, and address. if I tap that box again, it would bring up any other data that I put into the map (maybe a name of someone, or phone number, or notes regarding that place). Now when I click the small text box on the map, it takes me to google maps and gives me directions. How do I see my data about a point?

Hi Mike,

You should still be able to tap a marker and the marker bubble opens. The directions should not appear unless you click on the address inside the marker bubble. Also, can you take a screenshot of what your screen looks like before and after you click the marker.

You can email us too at

Hi Tracy,

I am having the exact same issue. I could either press and hold the address to open google maps for directions, press and hold a phone number to make a call, etc. Now no data box opens and I cannot do any of these functions. Just rolled Batchgeo out to my company to possibly purchase pro and now I'm worried I'll look like a fool instead. Can you make it like it used to be? Super quick like? :)

Clicking a phone number or address should both result in a call / link to directions. If you are having trouble please send us your browser type, phone version, and URL to your map.
