Map not showing data on android

Jan Anne Noorman Nov 30, 2017 07:30AM PST

I have a map made with multiple data points. But recently when I click on a datapoint, the datapoint gets a bit bigger, but does not show the information screen that normally would pop up.

When I use an iphone SE, it shows a small white stripe at the bottom of the screen and when I click on this, it shows the information. But on a Galaxy S7, it does not show anything unless I click on options and the login screen appears. Only then does it show the information.

I learned that BatchGeo was recently optimized for IOS and android. Could this be a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Jan -
There is a known issue with the built in Samsung browser on Android, we are working on it. In the meantime if you could use the Google Chrome browser on Android it will work as expected.

Thanks!
