Go to the Edit Page for your map.  Click Map your Data.  This makes the Edit Page Map appear at the bottom.  Zoom into where you want and then in the upper right hand corner, you will see an option appear that says "Save Map Position".  Click this and then this will make your map open to that set zoom level.
