Forgotten Password

User name and passwords are available for paid subscribers only. You can retrieve your forgotten password by entering your email address in the "Account Login" menu available in the top left hand corner of the batchgeo web site. After entering your email address click the "Forgot Password" option.

Forgotten User Name (Email)

With BatchGeo Your user name is your email address, so start by trying the email address you normally use. If your email address is not working, is it possible you signed up with BatchGeo using a different email address? If you are unable to figure out the proper email address, you can contact us (use "Email Us" link on the right) and we can attempt to look up your account. Make sure to include your name and company name.
